Admission to the tea is canned goods, staples, baby layettes, birthday cards, sick cards stamps, cash donations, and other articles that will be used in the hospital by the Hospital Group, for the needy by the Social Service Group which gives 100 to 150 baskets at Thanksgiving time and special items to bring cheer from the Sunshine Group and the Bereavement Group. THANKSGIVING These women whose motto is Do it unto one of the least of these, are inviting the public to drop by and share in this Pre-Thanksgiving giving.

At 11 a.m. on Sunday, a special Thanksgiving sermon will be presented by Rev. Maurice A. Dawkins on the theme, Bless the Lord My Soul. The Sunday School will bring ingredients for a complete Thanksgiving dinner in a special cere mony Harvest Home in White.

The Independent Church altar will be decorated with traditional com stalks, pumpkins, sugar cane and a variety of harvest vegetables, and fruits. It will be one of the most colorful worship centers in the city. Specia Thanksgiving music will be sung by the 50-voice Independent Choir under the direction of George Turpeau. Pearl Sanders, 82, leard the call and said, Lord, didnt know it was going to be today. Shortly thereafter she' died of heart failure. But not before she had given her children- an account of the state of her affairs. Funeral services were held Friday at the Ingold Mortuary in Fontana for Mrs. Sanders who was the mother of 12 children.

Six of them survive her. She also lived to see hetf 22 grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. Mrs. San4. ders was a native of Latham; Okla.

She came to Los Angeled 23 years ago. She lived far 43 years in Tacoma, where she was active in the AME church. Her husband died in 1939. Surviving are her daughters Ann Sanders Williams of Los Angeles, Mrs. Nadine Smalley of San Bernardino; Mrs.

Kola Smith of San Pedro and her sons Robert Sanders San FYancisco; and Jacob B. Sanders and Frank Sanders of Los Angeles. SILVER ANNIVERSARY Rev. and Mrs. C.
