FOUR W. Va. DeMolay Ends Conclave With Welch Youth Named To Highest Office W. Davis. of Welch, was elected slate master councilor as the three-day West Virginia Order of DeMolay conclave closed here with a Sunday morning worship service at Grace Methodist Church.

Other officers elected were George Voorhees. Martinsburg. senior councilor; Jack Wilson. Keyser, junior councilor; Fred Davis. Keyser, senior deacon; E.

Neil Armour, Clarksburg, junior deacon; Donald Schaub, Wheeling, senior steward; Joel Temple, Charleston, junior steward. Robert Clark, Welch, chaplain; Jack Arbell, Martinsburg, almoner; Clarence Sears, ser, marshal; Lyne Rinehart Parkersburg, standard bearer; Joseph Boggs, Clarksburg, orator; G. Glenwcxid Brown, Clarksburg, scribe and treasurer. The seven preceptors elected were James A. Dane, Wheeling; Truman Abbott.

Charleston; Robert Swartz, Welch; Homer Pankey; Martinsburg. Wayne Adams. Keyser; Charles V. Selvy, Clarksburg, and Charles Ishenfeld, Wheeling. Harold Miles, of Wheeling, was named of the state DeMolay group.

Yost, clerks. Potomac State Summer Session To Open Today JAMES D. CLARK KEYSER James David Clark, I 83. of Dawson. died yesterday morning in Allegany County Infirmary where he had been a I patient several months.

Mr. Clark was a retired Balti, more and Ohio Railroad employe and worked with the company jor 55 years before retirement January 13 of this year. In 1890 he was employed as a track hand and nine later piomotcd to foreman and worked between 2Lst Bridge and Black Oaks. A native of Dawson, he was born December 29, 1870 and was a son of the late Oliver D. and Susan I Blackburn' Clark.

Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. R. McIntosh. Cumberland; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Mr.
