Wood in Vancouver to Secure Support for Institute for Blind. In the course of Dominion wide tour made in the interests of the Canadian National Institute lor the Blind, Capt. K. A. liaker, M.C., Croix de Guerre, general secretary of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, and Mr.

L. Wood, president of the institute, accompanied by Mr. A. C. Kitehie, arrived in the city this morning.
