B2 LEXINGTON HERALD-LEADER LEXINGTON KY SATURDAY DECEMBER 15 1984 Parents claim drug health problems in local health department but parents said the health department was not equipped to handle the problem The main concern was the problem and they have given board members a week to acknowledge if the problem exists and to offer a proposal to solve the problem After that Mrs Walker said she would take her complaints to the state Board of Education' Expenditure for legal fees The board has spent $1100 defending itself against a lawsuit by one of the board members who contended that the board
