way" Mr and Mrs Floyd Saltern know for sure their efforts have all been worthwhile As proprietors of the Island Market at 4th East and Center Street the Salterns bear witness to the feeling that there is still a place for the neighbor hood grocery today Now ready to celebrate their 20th year in Logan the Island Market has stood the test of time and survived the influx of the Island Market another
