million deal The poor relations from that deal were said to be a factor in dropping UPN It was first thought that KMCI Channel 38 which is operated by EW Scripps-owned KSHB Channel 41 would pick up the UPN affiliation But KSHB-KMCI general manager James Swinehart said this week that neither he nor executives at Scripps headquarters in Ohio have heard from UPN in several days UPN spokesmen did
