For its first full year of the fiscal year beginning July 1 1962 the total federal-state-county cost of welfare wfil be $757 million compare with $635 million for the current fiscal a difference of $122 million This does not take into account programs operated only by counties If Mr Doe qualify for the state-federal programs without the help of state or federal money That is about $77 a month tor each of the 70000 who get this type of which generally consists of surplus food money or even a tank of gas to get them out of the county In addition counties spent $164750000 in-fiscal 1959-60 to operate free hospital and nursing home care A small amount of this is recovered from the patients or through other right or even intention to use these particular words in future advertising but to test the! principle involved which we 'feel now to be much more important than the particular words which we have been enjoined from using He arid are satisifed that -the order of the court goes
