Prisoner was crippled with rheumatism and riding a here. Deceased under took te pull him from his horse, when Isbel killed him, A large number of the best citizens of Warren county ask for this man's pardon. I am satisfied from the papers before me that the killing ec curred under the circumstances mentioned and this being se doubt whether he should have ever been punished at all. Certainly 7 years is sufllclent punishment. J.

Yeung man of previous geed character; was found under influence of liquor in company with another man who stele the mule aud sold It. Defendant did net stoat or sell the mule, or get any part of the proceeds. Pardoned en petition of nine of the Jury, large number of Court etllccrs and citizens.

Has served some time, Commonwealth's Attorney and County Atterney and the Fiscal Court ask that he be pardoned te prevent expense te county and take care of his family.
