Perryton Sets 52 Million Bond Elections ERRYTON (Staff) Ochllltee County citizens will go to the polls Sept. 9 to decide on Iwo separate $1 milli6n bond elections set Monday by the county commissioners and the cily council. The county bond issue is to finance a runway extension project for the proposed beef processing plant by American Beef Packers Inc. The city council's bond election will provide $340.000 to extend sewage facililies for the plant and $660.000 to establish new waler rights and expand present waler facilities. Offcials of the beef packing plant have suggested that a runway will be needed to accommodate Boeing 747 freight liners, which will be used in transporting processed beef lo markets.

Details of the meat packing planl have nol been disclosed fully and only preliminary work- as been done to determine slimaled cost of Ihe projecl, according lo County Judge Clarence Morris.
