A three-year-old child of Dudley Weakley, a negro living on Mr.

J. F. Gnruett's farm, near Tho Square, was burned to death Tuesday night. The child was standing by tho fire when her dress caught from the flames and was badly burned off, leaving the bare body horribly blistered. It died in great egony a fow hours after tho accidont.

A Floater Found. Last Saturday morning tho body of a negro man, apparently about 25 years old, was found floating down tho Cumberland river near Clarks villa.
