Richard A.R. Pinkham: retired NBC producer, advertising firm executive Richard A.R. Pinkham, a retired NBC television producer and advertising executive who formerly lived in Rye, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 1997, at the Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter, Fla. He was 82.

He was born in New York City on April 11, 1914, to Edward and Betty Rai Pinkham. He graduated from the Choate School in Wallingford, and later served on the board of trustees. He was a member of Yale University's class of 1936 and later was a member of the University Council of Yale. Mr. Pinkham started his career with Time magazine in 1935 and worked as circulation director and a member of the board of directors for The New York Herald Tribune.

He joined NBC in 1951 as manager of network planning. He was appointed the executive producer of the "Today" show in 1952 and under his aegis, the program became the top-billed program in television broadcasting. He also launched the "Home Show" with Arlene Francis and the "Tonight Show" with Steve. Allen. He served as NBC's vice president of network programming from 1956 to 1957.

He then joined Ted Bates Co. Advertising, where he rose to vice chairman before retiring in 1975: In that position, he conducted media negotiations on behalf of dozens of major corporations and organizations. Mr. Pinkham was active in professional and civic activities. He served as president of the International Radio Television Society, director and member of the Executive Committee of Educational Broadcasting trustee of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and a trustee of Outward Bound.

He was also a director of the Cadbury Schweppes (USA) beverage' company. Mr. Pinkham lived in Rye for 40 years before briefly relocating to Greenwich, Conn. He moved to Florida about 15 years ago. He is the past commodore of the Hobe Sound Yacht Club in Hobe Sound, and has been active in the U.S.

Senior Golf Association. In April 1941, he married Marry "Bunnie" Struthers in Rye. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mary "Penny" Janeway of Cambridge, and Elisabeth "Betty" Anderson of Billings, two sons, Richard A.R. Pinkham Jr. of Rye and David S.

Pinkham of Barrington, R.I; a stepsister, Helen Andrus of Sarasota, Fla; and eight grandchildren. A brother, Edward Pinkham and stepbrother, Vincent Andrus, died earlier. 07931. Ann Kathleen Harding Fox, 91: retired cosmetologist Ann Kathleen- Harding Fox, a longtime New Rochelle resident, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 1997, at the New Rochelle Nursing Home. She was 91. Mrs.

Fox was born Sept. 28, 1905, in New Rochelle to James and Mary Murphy Harding. She graduated from New Rochelle High School and attended Columbia College. She and Thaddeus Burr Fox were married in New Rochelle in 1924. They settled in New Rochelle.

He died in 1961. For the past 17 years, Mrs. Fox lived at the nursing home. Previously, Mrs. Fox had lived; in Mount Vernon and in Florida.

Mrs. Fox worked as a cosmetologist at Arnold Constable and at Macy's, both in New Rochelle: had also worked at Sikorski's Aircraft Factory in Stratford, during World War II. She was a longtime parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church in New Rochelle. She is survived by a daughter, Lynn Fox Cavaliero of Wellesley, two grandsons; and a granddaughter. A brother, James Harding died in 1993.

Family and friends are making contributions to the New Rochelle Nursing Home, 31 Lockwood New Rochelle, N.Y. 10801. Lloyd Maxcy Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc. in New Rochelle handied the arrangements. Thomas A.

Pierce, 48: Army veteran Thomas Anthony Pierce of Tifton, a former New Rochelle resident, died of lung cancer Sunday, Jan. 19, 1997, at Osceola Nursing Home in Ocilla, Ga. He was 48. Mr. Pierce was born March 23, 1948, in New Rochelle to John and Margaret Pierce.

He attended New Rochelle public schools. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Soon afterward, he developed multiple sclerosis, which he attributed to wartime exposure to the defoliant Agent Orange, his family said. Mr. Pierce was an orderly at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center before moving to Tifton in 1984.

In addition to his parents, both 'of Tifton, he is survived by four daughters, Robin Pierce of Eastchester, Dana Pierce of Mount Vernon, Amy Pierce of Eastchester and Emily Pierce of Brewster; a son, Thomas Pierce of Eastchester; a sister, Maryann Pierce of Tifton; and a brother, Jimmy Pierce of Tifton. A. memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at' Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe. Edmund J.

Lucas 32: store cashier Edmund J. "Eddie" Lucas Jr. of Greenburgh, a. cashier and clerk at Marshalls department store in Hartsdale, died Friday, Jan. 17, 1997, at his home.

He was 32. Mr. Lucas worked at Marshalls since 1986. "He was a. friendly guy and very well-liked," said co-worker Walter Yee, who worked with Mr.

Lucas since 1990. "He had a lot of friends at work." Mr. Lucas was born July 27, 1964, to Edmund and Martha Rine Lucas in North Tarrytown, now known as Sleepy Hollow. He Margaret C. Flannelly, 73: registered nurse Margaret C.

Flannelly, a former Peekskill area resident and a registered nurse served in the Pacific during World de War II, was buried Friday in St. Ann's Cemetery in Moscow, Pa. She was.73. She died Monday, Jan, 13, 1997, in Lake Ariel, Pa. She was born Sept.

16, 1923, in Pittston, to William and Rose Backes Johnson. Mrs. Flannelly, earned Hospital a degree School of from Nurs- the ing in Wilkes-Barre, in 1944. She served in the Army Nurse Corps in the Pacific from March 1945 to August 1946. She, married 1 Leo Flannelly on Feb.

23, 1952. He died last year. For most of her career, Mrs. Flannelly worked at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Veterans Affairs Hospital Center in Montrose. She and her family lived in Mount Vernon and Cortlandt Manor before moving to Putnam Valley in 1966.

She moved to Lake Ariel in 1990. A member of St. Columbanus Church in Cortlandt, she was active in the church community. Survivors include a son, Leo J. Flannelly of Indianapolis; a daughter, Rosemary Spano of Schenevus, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.

Shortly after graduation, she moved to Mount Vernon. On Aug. 21, 1971, she and Richard R. Taylor were married in Mount Vernon. Ms.

Taylor was a member of the New Jerusalem Church of Christ in Mount Vernon. She was a youth adviser. She liked swimming, football and basketball, her family said. In addition to her mother, a Bogalusa resident, and her husband, Ms. Taylor is survived by a daughter, Tori Rene Taylor of Mount Vernon; a brother, Dr.

James M. Pittman of New Orleans; and three sisters, Mattie Campbell and Brenda Gaither, both of Mount Vernon, and Vergie Rodgers of Cristina Galante, 74: dressmaker Cristina Galante, a dressmaker, died of heart failure on Sunday, Jan. 19, 1997, at Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mount Kisco. She was 74 and a Yonkers resident. Mrs.

Galante, worked for various dress manufacturers in Yonkers between 1955 and 1970. She was born July 7, 1922, to Salvatore and Carmela Diponte Galante in St. Croce Del Sannio, Italy. She was educated in Italy. On Aug.

30, 1942, she married Sebastino Galante in Italy. The couple moved to Yonkers in 1955. Mrs. Galante was a parishioner. of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Yonkers.

She is survived by a sister, Antonia Galante of Yonkers; and a niece, Rose Delfino, and a nephew, Anthony Galante, both of Yonkers. Her husband died in 1992 and a son, Anthony Galante, died in 1974. The wake is today at Flower Funeral Home, 714 Yonkers Yonkers. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

1997, at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville. He was 79. Mr. Oteri owned Oteri Son Inc. at 20 Westchester Square until 1993, when he retired.

He was James Oteri born March 15, 1917, in the Bronx, to Albino and Grazia Oteri. He graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in the Bronx in 1932. On May 11, 1941, he married Susan Capone at Star of the Sea Church in Long Branch, N.J. The couple moved from Long Branch to Yonkers in 1946. Mr.

Oteri was a parishioner of St. Barnabas Church in the Bronx. He loved big-band music, playing piano and watching the Yankees. He was always willing to help someone in need, his, said. In addition to his wife, Mr.

Oteri is survived by a son, Albin Oteri of Rockland County; a daughter, Grace Tommins of Yonkers; two brothers, John Oteri of the Bronx and Paul' Oteri of- Yonkers; and two grandchildren, Danielle Oteri and Jamie Oteri, both of Rockland. Three sisters died earlier: Bridget Oteri in 1937, Lydia Manciani in 1975 and Tally' Giannetta in 1996. Visiting hours are today at' the Burr Davis-Sharpe Funeral Home, 584 Gramatan Ave. in'. Mr. Fitz-Randolph was born Nov. 28, 1917, in New York City to Charles and Ethel Trehearn Fitz-Randolph. He attended New York City schools.
