J. McDaniel, renowned as one ot the uncle train robbers, and who is a noted character In Western Missouri, supposed by many to belong to tho James- Younger gang of reckless and desperate Missouri outlaws. Wm. Dunn, alias II. E.

Montgomery, who wns held for stealing a horse some three months since, ire is a Kentucky outlaw, whoso life is but a record of crime and deviltry. He has served two terms in the penitentiary one In Mlsinnrl Ami nnn In k'snum. Robert Ingalls was waiting a preliminary trial for stealing meat from a ear on the Kansas Pacific rnilioail, at Junction City, about two months since. He wns captured at Kansas City ome two weeks ngo, by detectives, and wou'd have hail a preliminary trial to-day. Elijah Lcilford Is a pal of Ingalls', whose offense nnd capture are the same.

McDaniel took a tine needle trim, and a belr with sixty rounds of ammunition; Dunn took a brace of Colt's revolvers und a box of ear- tridses; Ledford took a Henry rifle and ammunition Ingalls took a shot-gun unloaded, and a Smith Wesson revolver witn full chambers and Borne loose cartridges. McDaniel and Dunn took a horse from the sheriff's stable, nnd both mounted rode off double. Ingalls and Ledford struck out on foot. Nsar the edge of town, McDaniel nnd Dunn overhauled a team and took one valuable horse from the harness, and Dunn mounted and away they went.

Fifty Armed and mounted citizens started in pursuit, but were unsuccessful. McDaniel and Dunn were discovered by three farmers about seven miles west of the city this afternoon, and after an exchange of shots were forced to abandon their horses and tako to the brush. The news was brought to this city, nnd thev arc now surrounded by one hundred armed citizens. They have had no food for thirty-six hours, nro fagged out and hotly pursued, McDaniel will be taken dead or alive.

On motion of Mr. MeAdow Mr. Fred Rowe was elected first assistant at a salary of $100 per month, all present voting aye, except Mr, Winston, who, while the motion was pending, requosted Mr. Kirby to take the chair, and left the On motion of Mr. Kirby, Miss Lallie Murphy was elected assistant to room Xo.

The Seven Associates will display many laughable features of their ancient association. The processsion will be organized uud start from tlio court house, ut i'a a. tn. sharp, from which phico they will "inarch, ninrch nwuy" to bo musto of tho "Little (ionium Hand." An excellent band has been proourod to play at tha fair grounds din ing the day nnd evening for those who delight to trip tho light "fantastic toe." Croquet grounds will bo arranged, a base ball mutch, suck race, greased pig race, wheel burrow race, pigeon shooting und many other amusements. Suitable prizes will bo given to tho winning contestants of the different amusements.

Swiiius will bo erected for the children. No guns will be allowed on the grounds loaded, only as they urn used iu the pigeon shooting, and guards will also be stationed around tlio shooting grounds so that there can bo no possible 'lunger ot aauidents. A sutllcient police force will be in attendance to preserve order. To defray the expenses of the eelebrution a small fee will bo charged at the gate for gentlemen only ladies and children tree.
