Turnover was moderate. Shortly before noon, the Dow Jones industrial average had dropped 8.73 to 930.47. Declines ran well ahead of advances, 814 to 278, of 1,450 issues to cross the tape. Two, hour volume totaled around 6.200,000 shares, about the same as Thursday. ! International Telephone & Telegraph Corp. led the actives, off Va at WV\ on 79,600 shares. American Airlines was second, slipping V\ to 15 on 56,800 shares, and Coca-Cola Bottling- N.Y. third, off Vs to 20 on 50,500 shares.
