At date of Mav 15th 1 st 45014 death claims, amounting to t6, remained unpaid. From that date until May 31st seventy-three more claims were registered, amoanting to $144,000. During Jane 157 claims were riled, amounting to in ly 177, amounting to $348,000. and in August 158, amounting to $307,000.

It is estimated that 501 death claims will be filed between the latter date and December 15th, amounting to $976,000, making a total estimated liability on December 15, 1891, of $2,957,166 66 on 15163 claims. The receipts have been as follows: Balance on hand in W. and O. B. fund Mav 15.
