could produce a top-rated daily children's show if they wanted to It is lamentable that each does not have at least one show lor children just one hour a day when the ratings are not paramount The Independent Network News at 9:30 pm on Channel 41 averaged 5 percent of the audience in February a so-so share for the new national news service Prime-time averages on week-nights placed Channel 5
