The average daily attendance of the rural schools will determine whether Dellwood shal continue to hold the banner given by Judge G. S. Ferguson. The contests which show what school has -made the most points in all school activities will determine whether Bethel shall continue to hold the cup given by Jarvis H.

Allison and A. C. Reynolds. Appropriate prizes will be given to the winner in story telling, reading grade No. 4, reading grade No.

5, reading grade Number 6, reading grade 7, recitation in grammar grades, declamation in grammar grades recitation in high school, declamation in, high school, standing broad jump, running broad jump, standing high jump running high jump 50-yard dash, for boys under 13 years of age, 100-yard dash for boys over 13 years sf age, and a half mile relay race.
