Tribute of Respect. To the W. Wardens and brethren of Valley Falls Lodge, No. 21, F. A.

Your committee appointed to draft resolutions expressing the feelings of this Lodge with reference to the death; of our late Brother, Wm. Clark, beg leave to report the following: To have liyed beyond the allotted span, fighting life's battles bravely, after weary months of grievous afflic tion patiently borne, to yield without fear to one's last enemy. Death; and then to have one's neighbors and breth ren say, "He was an honest msn and an upright Mason" is as grand a summing up of character as the best could aspire to. All this can be truthfully said of our venerable and well beloved brother. Win.

Clark. To his family and to the fraternity, these simpia words convey all the consolation this world can give, and we Vnow that with the deceased all is well. We recommend that the Lodge room be draped in mourning for thirty days, in token of the great loss we have sustained, and the grief we feel because of this affliction that has come upon us. Also that a copy of this report be furnished the wife of our deceased brother, and to each of the city papers for publication. E.
