T. Lay, died at 9:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the home, 901 East Fifteenth Street. About three months ago the child suf-ered an attack of influenza, but the illness which proved fatal did not develop until three weeks ago.

The fnmiiv moved to Pittsburg- about two months ago from North Dakota, where the child was born August 17, 1916. The father works at the Kansas City Southern shops. Fnueral services will be conducted at the home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock I. Smith, pastor of the Christian church, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery.

Satterlee, pastor of the Methodist- church, vsterday morning at 9 o'clock conducted funeral services at the Ellrworth-Orub-er chapel, over the remains Of Clarence Jean Gray, who died at his home, G02 North Water Stturdny night. The body was sont to Iola for burial. The deceased had lived in Pittsburg only a short time, moving -n Iola last December.
