Jordan's Young King Hussein May Be After Total Power BEIRUT, Lebanon, June 7 There are those in the Middle East who believe Jordan's impulsive young King is getting ready to make a grab for total power in that desert kingdom. They are convinced King Hussein will soon dissolve Parliament and call for new elections, aimed at giving him authority far in excess of what the usual constitutional monarch exercises.
