for the new grandstand as a WPA project He sent the blueprints to Norfolk and as soon as the local sponsors are ready work will be commenced The new grandstand will be 176 feet long whereas the old evidently at some time in the distant past belonged to an animal of another age It was apparently a portion of the back part of the skull to which the vertebra was originally attached Other bones were
