Russell Harbold held public sale of farming implements and live stock on the Kimmel farm near Big Dam, Tuesday. There was a large attendance and good prices were realized. The proceeds amounted to $6,025.51. Bruce Harbold was the auctioneer.

Mr. and Mrs. Harbold will retire from farming and will move to near Dover, where they have purchased a property. Three Injured Paul Cook, this place, and Dewey Clapper and Benjamin Henry, both of Dillsburg R. were injured Monday night, when the car in which they were riding crashed into a trailer truck a short distance from the square, in the borough.

Cook was driving the car when the truck skidded sideways across the road, and he did not see it in time to stop. Cook suffered fractures of the nose and four ribs and bruises about the body. Mr. Clapper suffered bruises about the face and an arm injury and Henry sustained a bad laceration about the eye and other lacerations of the body. The three were taken to the office of Dr.

W. L. Crawford, where they received first aid and were later removed to their homes. Charles Dennis, a patient at the City hospital, Harrisburg, is unimproved. Gilbert, Donald, Merle and Jean Smith, who lived for the past three and a half years at the B.

K. Shelly home, have gone to live with Mr. and Mrs. John Ulrich, near Harrisburg. White Hall Woman Home From Hospital White Hall, March 13.
