President's press secretary replied with a flat when asked if there has been any change in the chief position as a result of the Little Rock Ark integration crisis The question arose at a Newport White House news conference in the light of' widespread specula tion over steps the federal govern ment might rake to enforce a US district court integration order which Arkansas Gov Orval au bus has
