New Windsor Vacationers Tell of Trip NEW WINDSOR—Mr. and Mrs. Walter White returned Monday from a vacation spent at Hardy, Ark. While there, they visited Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Williams, former New Windsor residents. Cheryl Franks of Aledo came Tuesday to spend a few days with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter White. Howard Yerkey spent Monday night and Tuesday in Moline Public Hospital for treatment and observation. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Whitaker arrived Monday from Kansas City, Mo., and are visiting Mrs. Whitaker's mother, Mrs. Martha Klodt. Robert D. Lee of the McCormick Institute in Chicago occupied the pulpit at the United Presbyterian Church Sunday. Lee was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Young during his stay at New Windsor. Mr. and Mrs. George Fisher of Tucson. Ariz., who were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Orva Fisher last week, accompanied them to Greenville, where they visited at the Ralph Brasmer home. The visitors left Saturday to be with other relatives in Sh'errard. Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Vick and family and Mrs. V. W. Stewart, of Cedar Rapids, were weekend guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Allen. Mrs. Allen's mother, Mrs. Stewart, remained for a longer visit.
