Peter's Sunday school. The group also decided to bake pies in the church kitchen Thursday morning, Feb. Any persons wishing to purchase pies are requested to call at the church any time after 11 o'clock that morning. 31, in the YMCA auditorium. Two of the latest sound slide films, produced by the National Safety council, "Learn and Live" and "Keep It Clean," will be shown. Certificates will be presented to companies participating in the club's 1944 inter-plant safety contest. Honor and Merit banners will be unveiled. Recognition will also be accorded individual members of the club who operated their departments without a loss-time accident during 1944.

The club orchestra, under direction of Chester Livingston, will furnish music, and Morton Laurie, tenor soloist, will sing. The president, Russell E. Long will have charge of the meeting. Mrs, W. E.

Bailey Hostess To Gleaners' Class Routine, business was transacted in a meeting of the Gleaners' class of St. Paufs Lutheran Sunday school last night at the home of Mrs. W. E. Bailey, 182 East Cottage place.

Mrs. Kur-vin Kopp, president, was in the chair. Miss Maxine Skinner conducted devotions and Mrs. W. E.

Bailey and Mrs. Stewart Boyer were hostesses. Games were played and refreshments were served. The next meeting will be held Feb. 27 at the home of Mrs.

Harry Heathcote, 220 East Cottage place. Eleven members and one guest attended. Symposium Held By York Camera Club The York Camera club featured a symposium or series of illustrated talks on the various branches of photography the members at the semi-monthly meeting last night in the club rooms, 269 West Market street. Norman A. Kitchen, president, spoke on the subject "Print Finishing and -Mounting." W.

C. Goughnour discussed "Lenses" an'd Frank Pensinger' explained the many angles of flash photography. The Eastman wash-off relief method of producing natural-color prints was described and illustrated by Jack Neff, and Jack Magor talked on "Photography of Moving Objects." Progress is being made in outfitting the club's new darkroom, which will be available to all members when completed. St. Paul's WHS Has Mission Study Class The Indian in American Life" was the study topic of the Women's Missionary society of St.

Paul's Lutheran church last evening at the Mission Study class held in the church parlor. Miss Jeane Gardner and Mrs. Howard Swartz were in charge. The 'discussion for the evening was led by Mrs. G.

Edward Swartz. Devotions were in charge of Mrs. Lfllie Diehl. Mrs. I.

Agnes Gertrude Schira, wife of the late Joseph Schira, died yesterday morning at 1:50 o'cjock at the York County home. She was 80 years old. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Augusta Frank Harlacker, of Dover; a son, Harry Frank, Cincinnati, Ohio; one granddaughter and three stepchildren. She was a member of St.

Patrick's Catholic church. The funeral will be held Friday morning at 8:30 o'clock from the W. J. Boll Company Funeral home, 252 South George street, with high mass of requiem at St Patrick's church at 9 o'clock. Burial will be in St.

Patrick's cemetery. Mrs. Sadie Nsyior Funeral services for Mrs. Sadie Crone Naylor, widow of Jacob M. Naylor, 417 Juniper street, who died Friday in the York hospital, were held yesterday morning from the J.

M. Shindler and Son funeral home, 915 North Duke street. Rev. El wood G. Johnson officiated.

The pallbearers were relatives and friends of the deceased. Interment was in the Shiloh cemetery. WlHiara List William List, husband of Mrs. Mary Rosella List, died at 10:20 o'clock last night at his home, 414 South Court avenue. lie was aged 68 years and succumbed to a complications of diseases following a brief illness.

Mr. List is survived besides his wife by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Viola Smith, at home, and two grandchildren. He was employed for many years at the Getz Dry Cleaning company. Funeral services will be held at 1Q o'clock Friday morning from the Edward W.

Baumeister Colonial mortuary, Queen and Jackson streets. Burial will be in Prospect Hill cemetery. John Michael Vogel John Michael Vogel, husband of Mrs. Esther Kinderfather Vogel, 226 Grampian boulevard, Williamsport, died at 10:36 o'clock yesterday morning. Mrs.

Vogel is formerly of York. Mr. Vogel was a well known druggist in Williamsport for many years. He is survived besides his wife by a sister, Mrs. Frank Karney, Williamsport.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Edward W. Baumeister Colonial mortuary. Queen and Jackson streets. Rev. Allan S.

Meek, pastor of the Trinity First Reformed church, will officiate. Burial will be made in Prospect Hill cemetery. operated by Mr. Dietz. These persons attended: Mrs.
