and Senator John Sparkman (D Ala) and Edgar Brown Director cf the National Negro Council during hearings on the housing bill were published yesterday in the Re cord at the request of Republi can Senator Capehart (Ind) Both Senators are members of the Senate Banking Committee which conducted the housing hearing The exchange had taken place without attracting the attention The Record yesterday
