Kleins' new home located in Garden Terrace Brottii and olive tones are used on the exterior of the new home of Lt. Col. and .Mrs. Wa). ter Klein located in Garden Terrace at 1514 Franklin avenue. Paneling is used as a skirting for part of the house and again on the garage door providing contrast to the stucco. The home was built by Citation Construction Company, developers of Garden Terrace. Three black pillars of brick are used as e.vtorior decoration with two of them supporting a large wrought iron screen.
