OTHERS' VEWS NEWSPAPERS' PART To the Editor: The splendid standing of North Carolina in the Second War Loan Drive is itself the best evidence cf the wonderfully cooperative job accomplished by our newspapers other news agencies. If anything, I believe newspaper backing of the campaign exceeded that given yotir wholly newspaper-sponsored and entirely successful Scrap Drive last year. It has been my privilege to thank a number of you personally for your splendid assistance in the campaign. Let me here express to all of you the appreciation of the War finance Committee for your pftrt in this important phase of the war.
