TROV, April 13. A most destructive fire occurred at "Whitehall, N. this forenoon. The telegraph office having been bqrned we are unable to obtain full particulars. The fire broke out In Hall's drug store on Canal street, and at 4 o'clock there were twenty buildings destroyed, including two banks, the post office, telegraph office and express office, and the fire was still raging.
