vehicle collided with the Holmes vehicle Thomas Holmes was treated for injuries and released from Gould Memorial Hospital said Gagnon Both vehicles were demolished Crane and Thomas Holmes were wearing seat belts said Gagnon Chaz Holmes was in a child seat that was not secured The accident remained under investigation said Officer John Carlson Investigating Officer Reed Nonken was assisted by Gagnon electrical program in Ethiopia Brian McDougal instructor in the electrical construction and maintenance program at Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle spent 10 days last month in Ethiopia evaluating the program which will be the focus of the first technical school The two-year multimillion dollar Electrical-Electronics Institute of Ethiopia funded by the United Nations and African truck so that Malone could be extricated He was transported to the hospital by the East Grand Ambulance from Danforth While being rescued Malone told rescuers that he had not been driving the truck Crandall said Malone said that he had picked up a hitchhiker whom he let drive When the accident occurred he said the hitchhiker fled i Rescuers and passers-by concluded a search along both sides of the road but found no one Crandall said that Malone told him on Sunday that he had been driving and was alone in the vehicle when the accident occurred The exact cause of the accident is still under
