PUBLICATION NOTICE TO: Angelo Mendez, and all whom it may concern: Take notice that on the 15th day of July, 1963 A.D., a petition was filed by Richard Jones in the County Court of Knox County, to have a certain child, named Patricia Ann Mendez declared a delinquent child and to take from you the custody and guardianship of said child. Now, unless you appear within fifteen days after the date of this notice and show cause against such application, the petition shall be taken for confessed, and a decree entered.
