The University of Saskatchewan defensive end had always dreamed of playing in the CFL and hoped to take a giant step toward that goal during draft. The Regina product, a former member of the University of Regina Rams, was picked by Winnipeg in the fifth round, 46th overall Dheilly was so committed to his goal that he dropped out of school to focus on his draft year even though he has two years left of Canada West eligibility. He informed Scott Flory, the head coach, of his intentions in January. was awesome and he gave me a big Dheilly said in advance of draft.
