Stum are exhibiting a collection of 260 works this week in the Martin library gallery. Included are about 200 oils, water colors, pastels, charcoals and brush and pen drawings from 24 pupils, both children and adults. All has been done in the last three years. The public is invited to see the collection between 2 and 5 in the afternoons and 7 to 9 evenings, through Saturday evening.

Gertrude Walsh Engaged To Wed The engagement of Miss Gertrude Walsh, 142 South Beaver street, to John J. Mitchell is a graduate of St. Thomas More Boys' High school, Philadelphia, and will be graduated by Mt. St. Mary's college, Emmittsburg, in June. He served 3Vz years in the naval air corps.

Adv. Moomaw Addresses Cost Accountants; Area Meet Tonight Paul C. Moomaw, authority on Pennsylvania unemployment compensation laws, addressed 132 members of the York chapter of National Association of Cost Accountants at Hotel Yorktowne last night on recent changes in compensation. Moomaw, a resident of Waynesboro, Franklin county, was mentioned last year for the Democratic party's nominee for Congress from the 21st district, which includes York, Adams and Franklin counties. As a member of the Legislature for two terms, he was active in shaping the unemployment law.

He is now managing director of the state Tax Service. Ann Holcombe, nine years old, entertained with harp solos. The attendance prize was won by Team 16, of which F. VV. DeLan-cey is captain.

R. J. Halloran, chairman of the Hanover area meeting for accoun-. tants and controllers tonight at the Richard McAllister hotel, reported that officers and directors of the York chapter will attend the meeting. Don Magor, controller at York corporation, will speak.

Two more forums will be held at the Manufacturers association, on Nov. 30 and Dec. 7. "Summary Reports Bringing Home The Bacon" will be the first topic, with William of S. Morgan Smith company speaking.

The last forum will be addressed by Magor. Glenn Garrett will sing at the next dinner meeting at the hotel on Dec. 14.
