Kizer vice-president general counsel Floyd Anderson treasurer and Hutcheson vice-president and general manager Hutcheson lives at 9705 State Line The rest of the officers live in Fort Smith In the Works 2 Years The transaction has been under way more than two years with final approval for the sale issued November 3 by the Interstate Commerce commission Arkansas-Best was granted temporary authority to operate Healzer in September 1959 At that time application to purchase Healzer was made An ICC hearing examiner turned down the application The parties then applied for a hearing before
