Mem The presentation of the "Boss of the Year" trophy to James Tricolli, principal of Arthur Street Elementary School, highlighted the eighth annual "Boss Night" program of the Keystone chapter, American Business Women's Association, at the Niagara Lounge. Tricolli was proposed for the honor by Lucille Fallbright, an art teacher at Arthur Street School. Attending the dinner meeting, which had a "Las Vegas Night" theme, were 46 men and including 14 bosses of ABWA members. Luzerne County District Atty. Patrick O'Toole was the speaker and discussed the criticism of society today.

He said the solid citizen is one who can be found in his own back yard, paying his taxes and doing what he should be doing. All citizens, Atty.
