Russell Heck is the new president. Other officers are Elmer Lund, vice president; Helen Bui, secretary; Jim Lind, treasurer; Tom Hogue, property and management chairman; Vester Chance, stewardship; Ingvert Appel, evangelism; Ann Shackelford, parish education; and Maxine Hilgenberg, member at large. The local church is in the education phase of the project, with fund-raising to begin in early 1975. The money raised will be used in six areas. The Rev. Pillar listed the uses as new congregations in the country and new missions abroad, existing and changing ministries, leadership training for pastors and lay persons, development of a communications program, helping the needy in the world, and land, buildings and equipment to assist with local missions.
