The Venise lace was repeated at the waist, the wedding ring collar and at the long pointed sleeves. An elbow-length veil of imported silk illusion cascaded from a Venise lace caplet, topped by a satin bow. The new Mrs. La Hay carried a Venetian cascade of white Marquerite daisies and miniature carnations, pale blue candy tuft and English ivy.

The sister, Miss Janet Wilson, was the maid of honor. She wore pale blue chiffon designed with a softly gathered skirt. The fitted bodice featured a raised waistline accented with white Venise lace and a back bow. Venise lace trimmed the stand up collar and long sleeves. Her headpiece was Dior bows with short veils of maline.

Miss Wilson carried a colonial bouquet of white Marguerite daisies, blue corn flowers showered with blue satin streamers. Brides maids were Miss Diane Gydesen and Mrs. Roberta Schranz, a sister of the bridgeroom. Miss Anita Schranz, niece of the groom was the flower girl. These attendants wore costumes identical to the maid of honor, except Miss blue chiffon featuring white organdy at the collar trimmed in Venise lace.

She carried a princess basket wiih an arrangement of white daisies and blue corn flowers. Michael Sekunow was best man while James Lundy, Robert Wilson and Barry Bodine were ushers. Mrs. Wilson wore a pale blue crepe dress with a matching coat trimmed in Venise lace. Mrs.

Robert La Hay wore a gown of silver-grey with a split skirt ensemble. A reception followed in the friendship lounge of the church. Assisting were Miss Mary Troth and Miss Diana Holden. The newlyweds left for a wedding trip to Evergreen. The bride traveled in a white pant suit.
