Friday, June 21, 1974 Legal Notices NOTICE AND PROCLAMATION OF SPECIAL ELECTION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a special election of the Town of Dedham, Iowa, will be held on the 9th day of July, 1974, at which elec tion there will be submitted to the voters of said Municipality the proposition of constructing a municipal fire station building, and contracting indebtedness therefor in the amount of not to exceec $15,000.00, and issuing bonds for such purpose in the amount of not to ex ceed $15,000.00, and levying a tax an nually of not to exceed four and one half (4'/2) mills per annum to pay such bonds and the interest thereon. The polls will be open from 12:00 o'clock noon,' until 8:00 o'clock P.M., and the polling place will be at the following location: Town Hall, Dedham, Iowa. The ballot to be used at said election shall be in substantially the following form: (FACE OF BALLOT) OFFICIAL BALLOT (Notice to Voters: For an affirmative vote upon any question submitted upon this ballot, make a cross (x) mark or a check (•/) mark in the square after the word "YES". For a negative vote make a similar mark in the square following the word "NO".) SHALL-THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC MEASURE BE ADOPTED?
