Hoffa jury tampering trial has been presented with a statement in which a key government witness purportedly admits he perjured himself. U.S. Dist. Court Judge Frank Wilson was given the statement Thursday during a meeting with Harold Brown, an attorney for Hoffa; U.S. Atty.
