The schools are now closing in tbis township with public exercises by the children, CM, Yoder's school at Oak Grove closed last Saturday with a public address by the Hon. A. Shuford. This followed the exercises of the children and ihey all acquitted themselves with honor, Mr. Shuford SDoke about two hours; his speech was very appropriate for the occasion.
