found Saturday 200 I yards apart tha youth killed by I a shotgun blast in the face and I the girl beaten to death in a va I cant house I Pemiscot County Sheriff Clyde I Orton said the girl "apparently I fought all the way while being I carried and dragged to the I house" I Authorities identified the youth I as rank Craig of Blytheville I Ark and the girl as Brenda 1 1 Joyce Raines of Holland in the could mail Christmas cards for as little as three cents Next year it may cost five Congress which reconvenes Jan 10 is expected to approve a major share of the postal rate increases requested by
