The departments of speech and drama, choir, band, and art are combining to present a fine arts program of seven public performances for the 1973-74 season. and Reba Robertson, speech and drama, and Joan Borel, art. New to the directing staff will be Dennis Hopkins, director of instrumental music. "South will open the bill on Sept. 11 and run through Sept. 14.
