He worked for 44 years for Rock Island Railroad and was secretary treasurer of a United Transportation Union local. He taught golf for seniors at Tarrant County College Northeast Campus for 13 years.

He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Jerry Bob, in 2004; and multiple brothers and sisters. She worked for and retired from Texas Instruments. All three of her children attended and graduated from Grapevine High School.

She was amember of First Baptist Church in Grapevine, which she attended until her health prevented her from doing so. Her most precious moments were the holidays, being with her family and friends. In 1950 he moved to Fort Worth, where he worked at Continental National Bank and later as vice president at State Reserve Life Insurance Company. Greg was involved in Junior Achievement and the Boy Scouts of America, and after retiring in 1981, enjoyed volunteer work at his church. was born in Denver, on Aug. 11, 1920, to Adolf Otto Dillinger and Josephine Vernold Dillinger. Ed was educated in Catholic schools and graduated from high school in Lafayette, La. He joined the Christian Brothers and became an administrator and teacher in their schools in New Mexico and Louisiana. He continued his studies and received his degree in arts from St.

University in San Antonio and his doctorate of philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. After leaving the Brothers, Ed was appointed in 1968 to be chair of the English Department at the new Tarrant County Junior (now Tarrant County College) Northeast Campus. In 1970, he was named chair of the humanities division, where he served until his retirement in 1986. He was a favorite professor and administrator, admired by the entire college community. During his retirement, he spent many happy hours at his computer writing his memoirs and other literary projects.

His family wishes to express deep gratitude to the fine caring nurses and aides at Broadway Plaza Cityview and to Vitas Hospice who helped him during his final days. Jerry was a lifelong cowgirl and was recognized for her 56 years of leather carving. She received the Tad Lucas Memorial Award from the Rodeo Historical Society and her name plaque is housed in the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. Jerry was a volunteer for the Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, teaching her leather carving craft for the Cowgirl University. She worked for M.L. Saddle Shop since 1990 and practiced her profession until her death.

For the next 48 years the two shared their lives and a love that eventually grew to include their children and many friends and family. During the course of his life, Warren worked for both the Federal Aviation Administration and the Central Intelligence Agency.

He led an interesting life with experiences from the Alaskan tundra to Communist Russia to the Middle East to eating ice creams with a gibbon named Gem, and yet his most valued experiences were always those with his wife and family, whose lives he enriched daily.
