Young People's Chris CHURCH OP CHRIST Pre Lenten By Rev. Clyde Pastor, First United "And let us consider one another to provoke (stir up) unto Jove and to good works. Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some Hebrews 10:24 25 THE thought of this text is really this: "Lei us give heeV to one another, that we may stimulate one another to worship." This Biblical phrase assures us that as fellow worshippers we are to regard one another's interests. We are to strive for the good of all. Here is a fine basis for the effort being put forth in our community to encourage regular church at fr leaaiiuce.

uu VlUuaig cuuyertiie ucauuj nuu others so that REGULAR WOR SHIP might be the experience of more and more of our neighbors. Our text suggests that we do some "STIRRING This is a kind of stirring np that does good and not the kind that does evil. It is a stirring up unto Every time you worship God sincerely in your church your inner life is encouraged to love and do good, to "deprive ourselves" by "forsaking" worship, Is to deprive ourselves of the power we need most. Here is the reason why: 1. Worship is the BREATHING OF THE SOUL.

When the lungs stop functioning your body is in peril. How long could you live and work without breathing? When the soul etops breathing the spiritual life is in eternal peril. Worship keeps your soul well and strong. 2. Worship is the LIFE Three District Churches Plan Revival Campaign Next Week O.
