TUESDAY MORNING, DECEMBER 5, BLANCHE N'CADE FOUND NOT GUILTY Stormy Petrel of East Raleigh Section Gets Another Chance Charged with immorality Blanche MeCade, Sam Bruce, Yanco Bailey, Jack Wallace and B. Police testified that they heard her calling her husbank, York Morehead, all kinds of disreputable names, more than a block away. In the same connection, Margie- Rhodes, recently released from the County Jail was fined $10 and costs for saving evil things about Officer Vaughan who arrested her mother, Mildred Morehead.

PAROLE OCTOGENARIAN TO UNDERGO OPERATION Frank Watson, White, Sen. tenced To Two Years For Gambling In Bertie Sixty days furlough was granted Frank Watson, octogenarian, serving two years on the county roads in Bertie county for gambling, by Governor Morrison yesterday in order that he may undergo an operation. Watson was convicted last May and received an unusually heavy sentence. The appeal for his parole signed by a dozen citizens of Bertie, who detailed the old man's illness.
