1 JUDGEMENT TODAY IN CASE AGAINST WOMAN Lawyer Says Warrant Indefinite, Louise Price Owns 96 Houses In City Judgment in the ease of Louise Price charged with aiding and abetting in prostitution, was withheld this afternoon, by Justice of the Peace L. yesterday after the case had been removed to him from Justice T. D. Parrish. The defense presented a prepared affidavit and motion for removal from Justice Parrish as soon as the ease was called setting forth "that account of the violent and unreasonable prejudice of the said T.

Parrish, justice of the peace, before whom this cause is now depending, against this defendant, as evidenced by his articles in the newspapers, and by his conversations in the presence of other: of which this affant has been informed and the truth of which she believes that' she could not secure in the court of said justice of the peace the fair and impartial consideration of the issues in her cause to Which the laws and constitution of North Carolina entitle her."
