Bull, her husband, by their certain deed of trust, dated the 15th day of August, 1890, and filed for record on the 25th day of August, 189. and recorded in book No.

431, at page 457 in the office of the recorder of deeds of Jackson county, Missouri, conveyed to me, A. M. Allen, trustee, the following described lands and tenements, situate in Jackson county, Missouri, towit: Beginning at 8W. corner of lot formerly owned by W. P.

Lea at the corner of Ma'n and Church streets in the city of Westport, running thence southwardly 50 feet to aW. corner of a partition fence, thence eastwardly 80 feet more or less, thence northwardly 20 feet, thence westwardly 80 feet more or less to the place of beginning, in trust to secure the payment of the note in said geed described and interest and, whereas, default has been made in the went of said note and the Interest thereon and the same remaies due and anpalo; now, therefore, public notice 18 hereby given that 1, A. M. Allen, trustee aforesaid, at the request of the lega! aud owner of said note, and by virtue of the power in me by said deed of trust, wit, in accordance with the terms and provis ous of said deed of trust, proceed to sell, and sell above described real estate, and any and every part thereof, at public vendue, to the highest bidder, for cash, on Wednesday, the day of Feptember, 1891, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and fire o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the west front door of the custom house, In Kansas City, Jackson county.
