36 Sunday TICKET The Sacramento Bee Sunday, May 2 1 2006 LETTERS I think what we have here is a rarity a Hollywood child star who successfully transitions into adult roles. So let's give Lindsay a big hand for making an entertaining movie. She's a national treasure. Michael M. Peters Chico 'Butterfly' soars With the dearth of good new plays, it is exciting to report that Thistle Dew's presentation of "Butterfly" by Tom Kelly is a wonderful evening in theater.

The play is beautifully constructed, moving, funny and excellently acted. It should be seen by anyone interested in good theater. Jack Lynn Sacramento Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine star in the light comedy "Just My Luck." 20th Century Fox Barry Wetcher None of his business? I enjoy reading Mike Dunne's restaurant reviews and, most of the time, agree with his comments and opinions. Recently, however, I was shocked at his comments in the Zigatos Bar and Grille review referring to Capital City Catering for a buffet: Zigatos' menu shows the restaurant's catering roots," Sunday Ticket, May 7). As the sales manager and a long-term employee of Capital City Catering, to my knowledge he has never been to an event we have catered.

Also, it is clear that he does not realize that, while housed in the same building and owned by the same man, Capital City Catering is a completely separate company from the restaurant Zigatos. Capital City Catering has its own chefs, sales staff and servers. The chefs for Zigatos neither create menus nor prepare any of the food for Capital City Catering events. Although they share a kitchen, there are two separate prep lines one for restaurant and one for catering. I am offended by the line in Dunne's review for Zigatos that says he wouldn't trust Capital City Catering to cater a large wedding or fundraiser.

I feel it is unfair for someone with as much respect, community following and power of the press to voice an opinion on that which he has not experienced. Yes, the movie is a piece of fluff, but it's funny, witty and entertaining, and Lindsay is gorgeous. Yes, it took five people to write it (the script is actually funnier than the movie, so I think the director mishandled the comic moments), but Hollywood writers are hacks, so they have to work collectively. "Just My Luck" is for everybody, not just teenage girls.

There were adults in the audience who were laughing their heads off. The film reminded me of a Doris Day movie, and I think that's the light it should be viewed in. Although he backtracked a tad in his next paragraph, the damage was done. Bad form all around! Capital City Catering is an award-winning local caterer that boasts an impressive client list and has successfully been in business in Sacramento for many years. I believe that Dunne owes Steve Ziegler and his talented staff a printed apology.

Janet Senecal Sacramento Lohan fans span all ages Just saw "Just My Luck" with Lindsay Lohan, and I must take issue with Carla Meyer's review in Friday Ticket our Dunne to attend one of our events at his convenience so that his future words could convey fact instead of speculation. Victoria Duke, sales manager. Capital City Catering Capital City does fine job I was appalled by Mike Dunne's recent review of Zigatos Bar and Grille and his comments regarding Capital City Catering. To suggest it may not be able to handle large-scale events such as weddings and fundraisers was irresponsible and potentially damaging to its business. hfnew Scion feicJirguirters Scion Jj you USglHM want easy Utt RDSEVILLESCIDN.CDM mi ihi fa Visit ROSEVILLESCION.com to personalize your new SCION today College Grad Rebate Program Available See Dealer for details TO ENTER TO WIN $1 00,000 WHEN THE SOOfOOOriiVEHIQE IS SOLD FROM THE ROSEVILLE AUTOMALL!
