Kluttz, died in Bnlti- more last night at 7:30 o'clock. The sad news- was received shortly after that hour by Dr. C. R. Bar ker.

Horses "The vestibule from the south was delayed for twenty minutes Below Charlotte last night by seven horses stampeding. A number of race horses were in a special express car enroute from JVew Orleans to New York. When the train turned a curve the partitions between three horses- broke down and these horses got mixed with others in the car.
