Richard J. Tarlton, 535 Girard avenue, and George A. Ferguson, York RD 1. pleaded guilty to a $265 burglary at Werntz's snack bar on South Queen street and sentencing was postponed until August. A Hanover man pleaded guilty to open lewdness and sentencing was deferred until Oct.
