4, 1921, in San Antonio. He was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and attended San Antonio Junior College. He also attended the University of Texas engineering school where he received a degree in civil engineering. He later entered Southern Methodist University, where he earned a master of engineering degree. In 1943, Mr.

List was employed by General Dynamics Corporation (now Lockheed Martin), where as a member of the Structural Engineering Section he participated in component testing in the development of the B-36, B-58, F-111 and F-16 airplanes at vendor and government facilities. Mr. List was a lifelong Presbyterian and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth. Survivors: There are no family members surviving him, but friends and former colleagues mourn his passing. She spent her early years in East Texas and moved to Fort Worth in 1952 with husband, William and two young sons, Kenneth and Ralph. They settled in rural Colleyville in 1958 where she owned and operated the Colleyville Cafe. In 1997, Mildred retired as manager of the Angelina County Airport Restaurant, where she was famous statewide for her homemade peanut butter cups, which were a favorite of former Gov. Ann Richards. Mildred enjoyed cooking, collecting cookbooks, gardening, canning, fishing and playing "42." She was a lifelong Baptist.
